Πassage
“Πassage” is an electronic, avant pop and experimental track, sang in greek and english. The song’s lyrics revolve around the idea of gazing, staring and observing surfaces of bodies in outdoors surroundings, as well as the alienating gaze of a reflection. The storyline of the 3D audiovisual work, is built via an exploration of spaces, and surfaces highlighting the ambiguity between an entrance and an exit. The borders and the boundaries of architectural spaces and urban industrial environments correlate with a series of lyrical thoughts regarding limits, gender, language and objectification. Throughout the exploration of the virtual spaces, the walk-through aesthetics of the video and a labyrinthine sensation, there is a main focus on what defines a passage. The music and lyrics were produced by Cievil Momo and the video was directed and produced by Nathan Schönewolf.
