Under rules dictated by applications controlled by the market, we are exposed to a dangerous intersection between capitalism and ego, that brings the objectification of identity. Superselfie seeks to reflect this phenomenon and our performance but in a real environment, establishing for a moment an &#8220;offline social network&#8221; where we are physically close to our audience. The work intends to re-signify for a moment, within this small spontaneous community, the act of the selfie in a kind of collective ritual.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Felipe Prado (CL)<\/strong><br \/>\nFelipe Prado is a Chilean multidisciplinary artist and film director who works primarily in the visualization of music and post photographic experimentation. He creates multimedia and video installations, visuals for live performances, music videos, and complete visual identities. Prado creates light art installations that often include an element of audience participation. Notable works include &#8220;Picto Sender Machine&#8221;, a big installation for the Amsterdam Light Festival (2018 -19) later exhibited in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Belgium and UK<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The work talks about the process of building our digital identity in social networks and how we adapt the main events of our lives in order to exhibit ourselves online.
