The film examines Orientalist representations that have infiltrated the European popular imagination through historiography and cinema.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aliki Souma (GR)<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aliki Souma is a visual artist and filmmaker, mainly producing experimental films and moving image works. Appropriating the cinematic language and storytelling conventions of film genres, such as neonoir, mystery, and historical films, her work often explores the relationship between cinema, memory and dreams.
