This year, the Animasyros 2022 is realized for the 15th year on September 20-25, 2022, in phygital format. The main organization of Animasyros is structured in three main pillars: the artistic program, the educational programs and the Market section, while there are parallel activities, such as exhibitions, concerts and parties. Animasyros educational programs are organized both during the year and as part of the annual festival. They are addressed to different target groups, with the primary aim of acquainting teachers with the basic principles of the art of animation and the cultivation of freedom of artistic expression that are achieved through their participation in the creation of an original animated film. Thus, the participants of our educational activities are children, teenagers, the disabled, people 65+, KETHEA members as well as other groups. Animasyros collaborates with a significant number of coordinators-teachers from Greece and abroad. These are emerging and renowned animation creators who are &#8220;tested&#8221; successfully in the field of informal educational activity. Since 2020, the festival, in collaboration with organizations from Cyprus, Hungary and Poland, participates in the Erasmus + project and is co-financed I_AM project: &#8220;Inclusive Education using Animation and Multimedia&#8221;, which concerns the inclusive education of children and adolescents in small schools.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Animasyros International Animation Festival (GR) Animasyros International Animation Festival started its journey in the world of animation on September 19, 2008 in Syros and since then it has been taking place every September in the capital of the Cyclades.
