Endlessly Falling Backwards<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am a lucid dreamer and sometimes the dreams take a dark turn. I think it is pretty common for us to dream about falling and in some dreams the fall never ends \u2013 we continuously fall and it is both exhilarating and terrifying. I always remember one of the lines of Bjork\u2019s Hyperballad \u2013 \u201cand when I land, will my eyes be open or closed?\u201d<\/p>\n

His Soul Left by His Own Hand<\/strong><\/p>\n

I had a phone call with a long-term friend of mine. He had recently had both of his parents die and it only complicated his mental and physical health. He stopped posting on social media and one day I had a terrible feeling. The day before he had taken his own life. If you or someone you love is facing mental-health issues, please reach out and help \u2013 there are services that can help and lend you support.<\/p>\n

There is still a long way to go<\/strong><\/p>\n
